These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users who are browsers, customers, merchants, or contributors of content.

DotBuy is an end-to-end AI-powered shopping assistant that:

• Searches for products across multiple e-commerce platforms (including Flipkart, Myntra, Zepto, BigBasket, Instamart, Amazon Now, and DMart)• Compares prices, availability, and delivery options• Selects the best or most affordable option based on your preferences• Adds selected items to the cart on the relevant platform• Places orders on your behalf using our automated backend AI agent• Applies available coupon codes and discounts to maximise savings• Accepts payment from you and places the order on your behalf in the backend

DotBuy acts as your authorized agent to complete purchases from supported platforms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using DotBuy, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement• You will use the Service only for lawful purposes• All information you provide is accurate and current• You are a resident of India or are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where such services are lawful

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration• Maintain and promptly update your account information• Keep your password secure and confidential• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

DotBuy operates on a unique payment model where:

• You pay DotBuy directly for your order• DotBuy places the order on your behalf on the relevant e-commerce platform• We apply all available coupon codes and discounts before processing the order• The final amount charged to you will include the product price, applicable platform charges, delivery fees, and our service fee (if any), which are disclosed prior to payment• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator

By completing a payment, you authorize DotBuy to place orders on your behalf on the selected platform(s). You understand and accept that DotBuy is acting as your agent in completing these purchases.

• If DotBuy is unable to place your order due to technical issues, out-of-stock items, or platform errors, you will receive a full refund• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days• Cancellations made before order placement are fully refunded• Once the order has been placed on the platform, cancellation is subject to that platform's cancellation policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the Service except as expressly permitted• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity• Engage in fraudulent transactions or use stolen payment information• Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code• Use the Service to facilitate money laundering or fraud• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Sochmate AI Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any portion of the Service without our prior written consent.

DotBuy integrates with third-party e-commerce platforms (Flipkart, Myntra, Zepto, BigBasket, Instamart, Amazon Now, DMart, and others). Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. DotBuy is not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or quality of products listed on third-party platforms• Price changes made by third-party platforms after order placement• Delivery delays, product defects, or disputes arising from third-party platform orders• Changes to third-party platform policies that may affect our Service

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sochmate AI Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Service

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City], India.
